The Annandale Arms Hotel is a small smart privately owned hotel in the centre of the attractive country town of Moffat. Only a mile off the M74/M6 it is within easy reach of both Glasgow and Edinburgh. The hotel has recently undergone a major refurbishment to give modern stylish finish but always in sympathy with its eighteenth century heritage.

The hotel has an excellent restaurant which specializes in using only the best of Scottish produce in a contemporary robust style. As members of the Scottish Beef Club all the beef is sourced locally from Buccleuch Estates, the scallops come from the west coast of Scotland and organic lamb from Galloway.  There is a respectable wine list offering a broad range to suite all pockets and tastes but always with value in mind.

The bar carries a large selection of malt whiskies.

The bedrooms have been newly refurbished to a very high standard. All are en-suite and all have bath or shower and most have both.  The beds have pocket sprung mattresses to ensure a good nights rest. There is the usual tea coffee making facilities, telephone etc as well as flat screen TVs in all the rooms.

The hotel has two meeting/function suites.  The larger can seat up to 120 delegates and the smaller 40 delegates. The hotel has free WiFi and is licensed for civil weddings.

There is private off street car park at the rear of the building for all the guests.
